The Workshop “Managing frailty” – Presentation of the Joint Action “Advantage” was held on December 3rd 2018, in the Auditorium of the General University Hospital of Patras, Greece.
ADVANTAGE is a Joint Action developed by the European Union for the prevention and management of frailty. It involves 22 Member States and more than 35 organizations and is co-funded by the European Union and Member states.
