The National Meeting of the Joint Action “ADVANTAGE”: “Action planning for the prevention and management of frailty 2020-2030” was held on April 18th 2019 in Athens, Greece.
ADVANTAGE is a Joint Action developed by the European Union for the prevention and management of frailty. It involves 22 Member States and more than 35 organizations and is co-funded by the European Union and Member states.
